So, on 9/15 I placed an order for the pre-order "adore me" set. On the date of the proclaimed pre order date 9/25 I emailed and found the order to be pushed to 10/15.10/15 comes and still nothing. Once again I emailed in regards to my displeasure at having to wait almost 2 months for product.
HOWEVER, customer service was in constant communication at my requests and let me know exactly what was going on. Delays between vender and customer (which DOES happen.)
They offered to either mail a different color in the set, give store credit, and/or provide expedited shipping.
My set arrived today in the color that I had requested under expedited shipping at the company's expense. (Appreciated)
Yes, your order can take a longgggg time. This company seems to be a small company. Probably home based ran by 1-3 girls.
No, they are not scammers. Although the price for the product I received was a tad high for the quality, I am not upset with my purchase. I got what I ordered and it's comfy and cute (total knock off of Kimmy K's sleep wear line which is what the price is about.)
Moral of the story: it's a pandemic and receiving products from other countries is tedious. Be kind and patient and communicate your needs/wants.
This company is willing to accommodate. They are nice.
I have been buying from Honeybum for a couple months now and I especially love their jeans and cozy wear. The shipping is normal and their customer service has recently got a lot better. You can tell they're stepping it up

I shop at honeybum all the time to find unique styles I know nobody else has. Every time I go out with it on, people compliment me and wanna know where I got it. It's been my best kept secret.
I love honeybum, especially the material of the clothing! Super great fabrics.
I have waited for over 3 months for my clothes, and they keep saying that it is because of corona, but I can't track my order, and in my post office, they say that the tracking number doesn't exist.
Personally I just have a really bad experience with this clothing brand.

I want you guys to know that this consonant worked with me and helped me to get my address corrected due to a auto correct mistake. They work fast and proficient on the matter. I am thankful
I've ordered from this site multiple times and I've been happy every single time, I had to order their slippers twice because the sizing on them was quite small. I'm usually a 8/9 and I had to get a size 11 but it's fine, they are beautiful and well made. Anyways, they had a new slipper/sandal come out that was similar so I ordered right away but when I received the monogram wasn't legible at all and I just wasn't happy with them. I emailed them, they were so nice, I knew their return policy was to pay for return shipping so I didn't really want to deal with all that. She asked for photos, I showed the slippers I love next to the new slipper/sandals and then I didn't hear from them for a day so I decided to give them to a friend who doesn't have much. Well, the next day (today) I get an email saying how sorry they are and it's a manufacturer issue and they have processed a refund and included a return label and a 40% off coupon! I immediately explained I gave them away when I didn't hear back right away and I could get them back if I had to or I could send the money back etc. well I get a quick response saying to go ahead and keep the refund and let my friend keep the shoes (they said they'd never want me to have to ask my friend to give back a gifted item) I seriously was almost in tears at the generosity and amazing customer service! The person I spoke with was Kyeria M. (I don't want to give her full name for safety reasons) but seriously I will stay loyal to this company because of that customer service and because I love the items I've got from them. Thank you Honeybum! You guys take great care of your customers!
Excellent customer service, had an issue with my delivery and the person who helped me “Samantha” had excellent communications, kept me updated everyday and helped me get my package. I wish other companies could have this amazing customer service and communication skills and actually put their customer first. Definitely satisfied and very happy with my order and with the person who helped me.
One thing for certain 2 things for sure, Ms. Morgan (last name) and Honeybum overall is the best. I placed an order over the holiday and everything went smoothly. Unfortunately I had an item missing item from my order of (3 items) which was actually the matching top to a two piece lounge wear i ordered. I emailed them when I realized it after I notice the way my package was delivered and looked like someone's dog had a field day with it. Ms. Morgan promptly assisted me and reimformed me of their policy, which kind of left me S. O. L BUT Ms. Morgan went above and beyond to help me contact the post office to figure out what happened. Mind you, they took the time review her own shipping process to make sure there was no mistake on their behalf first. They're definitely not obligated to take those extra measures to make sure I was compensated.
Anyway I say all that to say this company and their customer service are some real MVPs. I loved everything else in my order which is a plus. No matter how much your business expands (because it definitely will), please never change the way you guys care about your buyers. Now I'm about to go place another order lol One Love
I placed my order on Black Friday and I still have not got any confirmation or tracking number on my order and it stated it only takes 3-5 days to be shipped out :(
Be very careful what you buy on this site as a lot of it looks way different in pictures! I also bought a jacket from this site and the moment I put it on one of the strings broke without me doing anything to it. The material is extremely poor and there was a specific pajama set I bought that had a weird smell to it and after washing it hundreds of times the smell is still there. If buying from this website I recommend checking other reviews of the product you want to make sure you don't get tricked. Really disappointed.
I haven’t got my oder yet but I ordered my item a while ago and it hasn’t got pass “order placed” hopefully I get it soon if I don’t then I’d just be getting scammed because I gave them my money and they haven’t gave me what I purchased If ur looking for a speedy shipping just don’t shop here 3-5 business days more like years it’s been 8 days and it still says order placed I hope I’m not getting scammed I could really use that money rn

I made an order and was traveling i contacted customer support to change the address. They quickly did that and i received my product at the location i was traveling to!

I had ordered multiple items and when my order arrived it was missing 1 thing! I emailed customer service and they sent me the item right away!
